Lab 218: Pool

Lab 218: E-2 Prep Room - Lab 218: E-3 Operating Room - Lab 218: E-4 Secure Storage

E-Block Hallway

The E-Block hallway leads from one stairwell along the north wall of the building to the other, encircling the center block and the four doors lining it: counter clock-wise they are labelled E-1 Inventory, Women's Locker Room, Men's Locker Room, and just around the corner is the Pool. Coming from either stairwell, straight ahead along the south of the building is a door. The one on the east of the building is labelled E-2 Prep Room and the one to the west is marked as Secure Storage.

Delilah only managed to let out a startled gasp as she was very suddenly and roughly pulled into the hallway by the tall, winged young man with the scowl on his face. Just in time as well; not a few moments later did an ear-aching scream assault her hearing followed by a large crash. As surprised as she was by Sorek's action, she was more shocked and scared by what was happening in the room they had vacated.

"Keep moving," came Sorek's voice as he followed behind her. He didn't even consider what was happening behind them. He was more concerned about getting out. And if she stayed, he would leave her behind. But at least this gave her a choice. Live or stay and die. "Go!" came his second command as he pushed against her back a bit.

Lena entered the hallway behind Sorek and Delilah. She frowned as she watched him pushing the other winged girl and opened her mouth to say something, however, as she did her eyes suddenly went wide and she abruptly turned and began walking the other way from them and had rounded the corner before anyone even noticed she was there. Now out of site she continued up the hall and then turned into the Lab 218: E-1 Inventory.

The girl let out a whimper of fear, turning her face to him even as her feet began carrying her forward. She was scared of him, by the harshness in his voice and the way he'd grabbed and was now shoving her. "Please- stop pushing me-" She protested, albeit meekly. Still she began to move, walking forward then stopping when she realized that the hallway went both ways. "Where-- ?" Delilah started to ask, wide eyed and uncertain.

Silera walked through the door and paused in the doorway. She growled irritably as she glanced at the two near her and then just continued on until she went through the doors of the Lab 218: Pool.

Harkin followed Silera out here, but upon noticing the others, they diverged paths. "Oh, hey! There you are! Weird how that lady fell from the sky, huh? Or is that normal...I mean, the rest of us fell from glasses!" He approached the winged people, not noticing any sort of danger from them.

"That way," Sorek said, pointing straight ahead to another door. He hoped to find a way out, but at this point it was trial and error. The voice of another person made him turn slightly and he gave the man a short "Huh" in response as he started down the hall, ignoring the winged girl's protests. Why did he even bother bringing her along? Oh, right, meatshield.

The girl glanced over her shoulder, back to the two others, only one of which she recognize as having come from a pod like she had earlier, her blue eyes brimming with tears. She didn't know what was going on and she was honestly scared; of this place and of the young man with the cruel voice dragging her down the hallway. "but-" Delilah started to protest again, albeit ever so meekly, "but what about the others?" Her plea was soft, but sincere, her gaze wide and full of fear as she looked up at Sorek.

Silera stepped back out into the hallway and squinted against the sudden light. She raised a hand to shield her eyes and glanced at Sorek and Harkin. Her expression was clearly different from when she'd gone into the room; she looked visibly shaken and her eyes had a hint of redness. She considered ignoring them once more but it seemed the guy with black wings was in charge of this group so she approached him. "Who are you?" She asked, no demanded, with a cold tone that made it clear she expected an answer. She didn't know who the "Doctor" was but she was going to find out and it was possible these people had run into some information about him.

As soon as Marcus exited the stairwell he went to call out for Silera, now he saw two new people a guy pushing a girl ahead of him. He again held the scalpel at the ready, "Who are the two of you? More importantly have you seen a girl with feathers she fell through a hole in the ceiling down that way." he asked pointing at the door at the end of the hall. He was a little concerned the girl looked upset which made him wonder if she was with this man by choice. He hoped Lysander was still behind him in case this got ugly.

When Lysander stepped through the exit door, he couldn't believe how lucky he'd just gotten. There were four more newbies right here. He wondered how the others were doing, but it looked like he'd found almost all of them on his own. Noticing Marcus drew a scalpel, he looked at the others curiously. The big guy did appear a little hostile, but would he need to act? When his tongue flicked out, he could taste the hint of fear in the room. The girl was scared... He clenched his fists, his eyes scanning to take in everything, trying to discern what was making her so frightened.

So many people asking questions...And it seems like no one was answering! Well, Harkin barely knew anything that was going on, but he still spoke up in a loud, clear voice. "My name is Harkin Mayes. I fell from a glass tube. This woman fell from the sky." He gestured to Silera. "And she wants water. Unless she found it already...She went to the place marked 'pool' earlier, so she probably did."

Sorek was far from intimidated by the man with the scalpel. He rolled his eyes and took Delilah's wrist. "Move," was his single harsh command to the man in front of the stairs. His wings were coming up as he readied himself to have to defend himself. But more people came in and then Harkin started talking and Sorek let out a breath of annoyance. "This place is collapsing and you want to sit here talking, do it without me," he said as he gestured once more for the men to move.

Delilah was startled by the sudden appearance of the two men, even more so when she noticed that the one with the pretty eyes had a knife held out in front of him and that the one behind him had hair that was moving on its own. She attempted to pull away again, not wanting to be caught in between this angry winged man and the guy in front of them however, Sorek had a firm grip on her wrist. Behind her she could hear the one guy who kept talking about the woman who fell from the sky and, glancing back, saw the feathered woman he was speaking of. So many people- but no one seemed to know what was going on and she was afraid a fight was going to break out with her in the middle. "Please- please let me go." She asked Sorek again, looking from him to the other two and back again.

Silera felt a small pang of relief as she caught sight of Marcus. He was ok, thankfully. That relief replaced by suspicion as she caught sight of the man behind him. He looked different from the rest of them, better dressed and not looking like he'd just come from a glass jar. She took a step back and glanced around for the nearest exit. She didn't trust him and she needed a way out in case her suspicions were confirmed.

Seeing Silera was not dead Marcus decided to deal with the elephant in the hallway so to speak and pointed back to Lysander. "This guy comes from a group that came to get us out and if you really want to go let the girl go and you can use the stairs a lot faster, the only bad thing fell through the roof with my friend." He then began to move to aid Silera and as he passed offered Delilah his hand, "If you're real nervous stick with me and my friend I think even Lysander is gonna stick around with us." Once he got to Silera he started to look at her injuries, "I have some stuff to bandage you, any luck finding any water?" Personally, he didn't care for the winged guy unless he hurt the blue eyed girl then his attitude might change.

Lysander had had enough of this winged fellow. With Marcus blabbing on about him to distract the guy, he launched himself forward. He wasn't normally the type to go out and hit somebody, but he could not stand the way he was handling that poor girl. He hissed loudly, "The lady said to let her go!" His fist swung forward, aiming for the man's face.

Sorek narrowed his gaze at Marcus as he spoke, but his attention was instantly on Lysander who decided to attack him. Letting go of the girl's arm, his wings flew out forcibly as he pushed back, lifting into the air slightly as he contemplated what was happening. It took him a split second to decide that these people weren't worth it and even as his feet touched the floor again a quick "Fuck off" was leaving his lips, directed at Lysander. He didn't bother with the man again and instead looked at Delilah. Something about her was causing his protective instinct (which he didn't even know he had) to flare up and he shook his head. In his head, he thought that the attacking man had pretty much proven that he wasn't trustworthy. "I haven't made to attack you, so if you stay with them, I'll be perfectly sound in my reasoning that you're fucking stupid." He would leave it up to her to decide if she was coming or not.

"A bad thing fell from the sky, too?" Harkin raised his eyes heavenward as he replayed the event of Silera falling through the roof in his head. All he could remember coming down with the feathered female was rubble... He jumped a little in surprise when a man with snake tails in his hair attacked the winged fellow that woke from the glass-tube-room with Harkin.

Eyes wide, Delilah nodded to Marcus, but didn't take his hand. She didn't want Sorek and him to both be pulling on her. "Came to get us out?" She echoed softly, but he was already moving past them to speak with the feathery woman. The girl turned her head to watch him, speaking up again a little louder: "Are they here to rescue us?" It was at that point that Lysander choose to take a swing at Sorek and Delilah, gasping with shock and fear, stepped back against the wall when her released her, horrified by the violence. "No don't!" But it was already too late. She watched as he pumped his massive wings and pushed himself back, the torrent of air causing her hair to whip in front of her face, her expression equally scared and in awe. His word though made her cringe; she didn't want to go with him, he frightened her, and these people seemed nicer. "But- but I-" she protested with a gentle shake of her head, her arms folding defensively over her bare chest.

The mention of water sent a shard of grief and hate through Silera's body as she thought of the creature that had been left to die in the pool filled with acid. She shrugged away from Marcus, "I'm fine." She muttered as she took a couple steps and put some distance between them. She was better, though not fully healed. The pain had faded to a manageable ache that was easy to push to the back of her mind. She was far more interested in this stranger, the man who had so conveniently shown up to "help" them. There! He confirmed her beliefs as he tried to punch the winged man and her frazzled feathers lifted as she hissed threateningly. He was with the Doctor, it was the only thing that made sense. Why else would he be here looking for them?

Marcus gave Silera the room she wished, he went through the bandages that he had brought and found one that would work to give the girl against the wall a little modesty and handed it to her. "Alright let's all calm down a little bit Lysander tell them what you told me upstairs and then let's get out of here before anything else comes out to try and eat us." he said. To him it was simple get outside and then everyone could make their own decisions on where to go and who to trust. "Silera, did you find anything else that might help us get out?"

Lysander was quite impressed with the man's ability to fly. For a moment he considered the wings to simply be for aesthetic purposes. They certainly were lovely enough. Seeing that the man had released the girl, he took a breath and gathered himself. "I did not mean to sow distrust in me by my actions. I will not, however, stand idly by whilst a lady is forced into something she has no desire for." He looked at her apologetically, then noticing for the first time her nakedness. He quickly removed his jacket and held it out for her. It would cover far more than the bandages that Marcus offered. "I really do not wish to harm anyone. My friends and I were sent to find more like us."

"No wish to harm but your stupidity caused you to attack me?" Sorek asked sarcastically. He shook his head and looked at Delilah, his expression softening only slightly. The girl was scared. Why that mattered didn't click with the winged man right away. He looked back at Lysander and frowned. "You sound like a snake," he said finally. "Speaking words then letting your actions speak louder."

"To be fair, it's not his fault." Harkin mentioned to Sorek. "Look, he has snakes burrowing in his head." He lifted an arm to point at Lysander to illustrate his point before a thought crossed his mind and his eyes widened in horror. "What are they doing in there?! Are they eating!?!"

Delilah accepted the bandages Marcus handed to her with a small, but grateful smile. She moved them around in between her hands, stretching them out and examining them, though she continued to glance up and monitor the scene unfolding around her as she did so. It took a second for her to realize that the lady the man with the moving hair was speaking about was her and it caused her to blush and wriggle backwards further against the cold, hard wall until her own wings were forced to spread open against it. She wasn't sure how she felt about the two fighting because of her, it made her uncomfortable, she thought, and a little embarrassed. Never the less, she accepted the coat he offered with a soft thank you. She first attempted to put it on the right way, however her wings wouldn't allow for it, so instead she slipped it on backwards and held it closed with one hand, looking back up just in time to catch the look on Sorek's face when he glanced at her. Delilah didn't know what to make of it though and quickly looked away. There was too much attention on her she felt, so she felt a brief bit of happiness when the kind of sickly looking man who talked like a child piped up about the man whose coat she was wearing, and couldn't help but let out a giggle as she approached. "I think he's okay." She tried to reassure him softly, then seeing how badly Silera was burned let out a frightened gasp, her eyes full of worry. "Oh here! Please, let me help you, you're hurt!" She exclaimed, taking the bandages Marcus had given her and reaching out to help wrap the feathery woman's wounds.

She was stuck in a room full of idiots. Seriously. Silera fought the urge to smack Harkin. The boy didn't have any damn sense, apparently the Doctor had scrambled his mind in addition to his body. Marcus was the only one she was willing to allow close but at the moment she was doubting his common sense as well. She was still shifting her feet, cautiously looking for a way to subtly escape when the winged female suddenly decided to approach her. "Don't touch me." She snarled her warning as she jerked out of the other woman's reach.

Marcus stepped between Silera and Delilah and whispered only to Silera, "He knows the way out and the more people that go the better chance to slip away if you have a reason not to trust them." While he didn't think Delilah was overly dangerous the others could be and if Silera had other information then he wanted to hear it. "Lysander, what do they want to do with all of us?" he asked hoping to calm everyone down and get the hell out of here before something else showed up to try eating them.

"Not much really..." Lysander started and scratched at the back of his neck. "Basically, all they want is to find all of us. They give us a place to stay, food to eat, work to do. In exchange, we help them find others like us." He wasn't normally the guy who got to give explanations, that was usually left up to the Handlers... He was a soldier, not a politician. Hopefully, he didn't screw any of this up.

"Others like us?" Sorek asked, turning on the snake. He shook his head. "So they can trap them like they did us?" He had no idea what was going on here, but it seemed the logical conclusion. And really, Sorek just wanted out of here. "Be better if we just went." It would be better if Sorek just left all of them, but he didn't know where to go and didn't want to go alone. He needed some form of meatshield after all.

"'Us'?" Harkin seemed mildly confused at this. That seemed to imply that there was a "them" as well. What was the difference between the "them" and the "us"? Two people here had wings--technically three had feathers. At least one of the feathered people seemed to accept himself as an "us". So is Harkin a "them"? But the other guy that said "us" has no feathers... While he now had a great many things to ponder and get headaches over, at least one thing was cleared up: Apparently the snakes in Lysander's head were not eating his brains (according to Delilah, at least).

In the face of the the feathered woman's aggression Delilah's eyes went big and sad and her petite mouth formed into a perfect little O of shock. She stopped on the spot and stared, looking unsure of what to do now, and tears began forming along her lower lids. "But- but I- I just want to make it better." She finally said in a soft voice. The younger girl stayed where she was then, too distracted by her own failed attempt to help and Silera's angry response to pay attention to the conversation going on around her.

On the other side of the hallway, around the corner and out of sight from the group lingering around the secure storage room, Shrill waddled out of the stairwell and then stopped in front of Lab 218: E-1 Inventory, cocking its head to one side as if listening to something, then turned and entered the room, letting the door fall shut behind him.

Moments after Shrill disappeared into inventory, Luca burst through the stairwell door and let out a soft growl of frustration. Voices from down the hall caught his attention as he came around the corner and he quickened his pace to reach them, coming up on them just in time to catch Sorek's accusations. "So we can protect them, and keep the normals safe from them." He interrupted, folding his arms over his chest as he looked over the group. "The man who did this to you, all of you and me, made you to destroy, but we're more than just weapons aren't we?" He asked, directing the last bit to Sorek with a raised brow.

"You're stupider than I thought if you trust any of these people." Silera hissed softly back at Marcus. Her piercing eyes were flitting from person to person as she tightened her fingers into a fist and then released them. The girl in front of her seemed to be almost crying and Silera curled her lip in disdain, "I don't need it." She snapped back stubbornly as her feathers rustled in irritation. She wanted to get out of here, Lysander's explanation made it sound to good to be true, something that usually meant it shouldn't be trusted. Her belief's were confirmed when someone else burst into the room and interrupted with a slightly different explanation. Silera felt her lips twitch, almost into a smile. They didn't care about them... they wanted them to go to a prison. Normals were not to be protected... look what they had done to them? How they had treated them and disposed of them when they were done. No... the stupid creatures deserved to be played with in the same way they had played with her. Good for food and nothing else. "So you want us to go to a prison to keep the 'Normals'" She spat out the word with venom that mirrored her hate, "safe from the creatures they created and discarded after they were done playing?"

Now Marcus began to get concerned, one armed guy looking for "specials" didn't throw too many red flags. But, now it seemed like they were coming out of the woodwork and trying to say they were dangerous and should be kept somewhere away from normal people. Marcus turned to Luca and asked, "And if we say just wanted to get out of here and go our own way?" Then he glanced at Silera, she was one of the few people he trusted since they woke up together the others he didn't know well enough yet. If the answer didn't satisfy him or Silera then they would need to break away at the first chance.

Lysander looked to Luca for the answer as well. He did not want to answer poorly. Luca was far more experienced than he was at this sort of thing. He knew if he were to answer, it would not be good enough. He crossed his arms and tried his best to not look suspicious, though the very act of trying makes one look it far more.

Luca cocked his head to the side and raised his eyebrows. “The normal’s didn’t create you,” He scoffed softly to Silera, “The normal’s don’t even know about you, most of them anyway. The man who created you is barely a man now at all. Hell, we weren’t even sure it was him this time around, not at first, not until we saw the vids.” A shadow passed over his blazing blue eyes before they shifted to Marcus. “You could do that, but we aren’t the only ones who know about you, we just got here first. The US government doesn’t want specials running around in the streets terrorizing the locals, especially you third-gens, and they aren’t even your biggest problem. China, Russia, the middle east, even Europe’s been trying to get their mitts on you lot, add in a few of these shadow organizations we keep running into or the doctors very own people and you’ll have a hell of a time just getting to go your own way.” He took another step closer and gave a shrug. “We’ll put you to work, but we keep you under the radar too. No running and hiding, no more experimentation, no lies. You come with, sign up, and get paid to kick ass when the time comes. If you don’t believe me ask snake boy over there.” He then added with a nod to Lysander.

Sorek narrowed his gaze at this new man who spoke like he was the one in charge. He didn't believe a word that came out of the man's mouth and he'd had enough of standing around while his enemies, because what else could they be, surrounded him. Glancing about, he realized that it would be easier to go the route that Luca had come from rather than try to push his way past the two who'd been giving him the most problems so far. He looked to Delilah, feeling that same tug as before, like he should force her to come with, but she'd only slow him down. She had made it very clear that she'd rather stay here with these people like an idiot. Gritting his teeth he turned and stepped around the others, pushing past Luca before the man could stop him and taking off down the hall.

Luca let out a shout as Sorek suddenly shoved him aside, his eyes narrowing into a glare as he turned to watch the winged man all but run away from the group. "What the hell?" He growled, then looked to Lysander. "Stay here with them." Came his command before he turned to follow after the guy. "Hey!"

Realizing that he was now being chased after, Sorek rounded the corner quickly and burst through the first door to his left, into the Lab 218: Women's Locker Room, hoping to hide from his pursuer.

This time, Luca came into the west hallway fast enough to catch the door to the Lab 218: Women's Locker Room swinging closed and dashed through it himself, hell bent not to let this guy get out of the lab. Thank god he didn't run up the stairs instead.

The winged man was an idiot but he had managed to lure the person who seemed like more of a threat. Silera grinned as she turned her attention to Lysander and tilted her head as her feathers rustled restlessly. Her expression was distinctly predatory as her eyes narrowed. She hadn't believed a single word that had come from the other man's mouth and glanced at Marcus, the one person she knew, before darting past the snake man. She hoped Marcus had caught her look as she headed for the Lab 218: Stairwell D-E

With a sigh Marcus took off following in Silera's wake, they had made it pretty far depending on one another so why mess with a good thing. He looked back to see if the girl was following or they were being pursued by anyone before reaching the Lab 218: Stairwell D-E.

From inside the Lab 218: Pool a chorus of terrifying screams, growls and groans could be heard along with a faint bubbling and the subdued crackling of flames.

Lysander was just about to say how he'd forgotten they got paid when the others took off. As if that weren't bad enough, there came that creepy scream... "Shit." He said softly, then looked at the others left in the room. There were only two of them now. "Well... What do you two say? Are you in? We do get paid you know, quite nicely too."

Harkin's eyes snapped towards the sounds--more out of shock than fright--but his attention was quickly drawn back to the snake-haired man asking questions. Unfortunately, the surprise scrambled his thought pattern somewhat and he took his time responding. "If...this is...good..." he said somewhat haltingly, trying to gather his thoughts into words, "then why would...'they'?" That word seemed right--grammatically, at least--but it only kept his head spinning with the notions of "us" and "them" and which one he was. "Why would 'they' run? 'They' don't think your plan--offer?--is good enough to take. Or even good enough to stay and tell you. What do 'they' know that I don't?" While the words would sound most fitting in a tone of suspicion, Harkin's voice only sounded curious. He honestly wanted to know if Sorek was told something while he was preoccupied with a woman falling from the sky, or if Silera--who was said woman--knew something from before she fell.

Delilah, who'd remained mostly silent throughout this, had watched the other guy with wings, who had tried to drag her off and had spoke to her very crossly, take off while the newcomer, who had been trying to convince them to come with him, follow after him. She felt a kind of anxiety start to build as she watched them go, wondering what was happening, only to see the other feathered woman whom she'd tried to help take off, and another of the group go along with her. It was all very confusing to her but that was quickly over shadowed by the sudden, horrifying feeling of choking. The winged girl cried out, grabbing at her throat with a frightened, pained expression, only for her eyes to roll back into her head. Her body swayed, then collapsed on the spot.

Luca came out of the Pool, carrying with him the scent of burnt hair and flash and an overlying acidic stench, just in time to see the young woman faint in the hallway. Acting quickly he moved to catch her just before she hit the floor, his expression going from mild concern, to stern anger when he found that the hallway was distinctly less populated than it had been previously. He rose, lifting Delilah easily in his arms, as his attention turned to Lysander. "Where are they?" He asked, but before the man could answer shifted the unconscious girl's body she that she was draped over his shoulder and reached up to press the comm link behind his ear. "Michael, we've got two runners, one dead, three heat signatures unaccounted for, and two of our own unaccounted for. I need the area cordoned off and men at the doors with PK-3 tranqs."

"Well it's sure a mess down there isn't it?" Came the response, audible only to Lysander and Luca, followed then with a quick: "Done." before the line closed off. The agent turned his attention to the confused Harkin with a raise of his brows. "Are you going to come with us or do we have to tranq you too?"

"They didn't want to listen, just like Sorek." Lysander explained with a shrug. He was more concerned with the girl Luca had slung over his shoulder. "Luca, she doesn't look good..."

"But...all those things, 'no running and hiding, no experiments, no lies'...Those sound like good things. And if there are so many to hide from..." Harkin's expression started off innocently confused, then morphed into one of intense thought. He could not understand why anyone would not listen to something that sounded so important. "...'Tranq'? Is that an unpleasant experience?"

Irah exited the room she had awoken into the hallway. She stopped just outside of the door. There were many people she did not recognize. But she was surprised that she understood what they were talking about instantly. She had also not realized she was still stark naked, though that did not bother her, she was covered in dirt and rubble still, and the acidic stuff that had fallen had damaged her shoulder some and burned a small amount of her hair. The area's she had sewn together were slowly fixing themselves back together seamlessly, and she had no idea. She didn't feel most of it and the rest of it had been abraded enough it was only a dull throbbing. She had only come in at the last spoken statement, so she stood still and observed, her eye taking in details and pointing things out to her by focusing in on them. It also gave her a read on what was on each person thanks to her left eye, she could see any metal on a person through magnetic properties much like x-ray vision but not as detailed.

Lena had been silently watching everything, but now she was curious about this thing they called 'Tranq'.
"By the why it was used in that sentence, I'd assume 'Tranq' is an unpleasant thing." She stated stepping abit closer to the confused Harkin and the man whom he was speaking to.

Luca looked towards Harkin and Lena, his fiery eyes flashing at them as he removed his finger from the telecom link in his ear. "Tranq is just a shortened term for tranquilizer. It's harmless... in small doses." he explained, then turned to address Lysander next. "There has to be a medical bay around here somewhere, right? Somewhere we can take her?"

"Given what's been lurking around every corner in here, you really want to go check out a medical facility in here?" Lysander asked with a blanch. It didn't sound like a good idea to him.

"Oh, if it's unpleasant, I'd rather avoid it." Harkin said with a nod towards Luca. "Thank you for the offer, though. Where are we going, exactly? Is it far?"

Luca and Lysander's comm units pinged back on. "I think Lysander is right." Came Michael's voice in their ears. "As long as she is still breathing and has a pulse, our first priority is to get them out of there. The longer you stick around, the more likely something else is going to come out of the woodwork and bite us on the ass." He paused then, and a faint tapping could be heard. "I can call in an air lift, if you think she needs it, and have it waiting for you out front. Your call."

Luca listened, glowering at the floor a moment, then sighed and gave a nod. "send it. She's nothing but dead weight like this, and I can't afford to leave her anywhere." he grumbled. "Can we send anyone else on that transport with her?"

"You thinking of sending him?" Lysander asked, jerking his head towards Harkin. It would get two of them out at the same time, though truthfully, he would prefer to accompany the girl. He felt an almost instinctual compulsion to protect her.

"Well, you'll have to get her up to street level where we dropped you off first." Michael replied quickly. "It depends on who you want to send with. Is it one of our guys or another one that just woke up out of stasis? Unless they're unconscious, putting any of them on a helicopter is a major risk. There's no telling how they might respond mid flight and we need all the men we got."

"Send what? The tranqs?" Harkin blinked at Luca, not really understanding that him and Lysander were speaking to someone the pale, sickly-looking Special could not see or hear. "I'm going on a transport? That sounds like fun! What's a transport? Is there anything I need to do?"

Irah took a good look at everyone in the room again. Then refocused her eyes to pull her vision back. She made a decision then and looked around deciding up would be best for now. "Excuse me where are the stairs up?" She asked speaking up for the first time, she didn't care a bit that she was naked and apparently the newcomers were clothed in several layers. She simply wanted to get out of here for now. Apparently they were not helping the others so a simple point in the right direction would be enough for her.

Lena glanced at Irah with mild interest. If the woman was intending to leave the group, it could end rather tragically for her. "Wouldn't be best for everyone to stick together? If you go off alone you'll be a walking snack with little defense."

Luca shook his head at Michael's voice, clicking the button again as he spoke. "We haven't found any other injured ones yet, but it's never too late for a party." he said firmly. "Please, send the transport. Don't make me call my sister." he threatened, then clicked the button off and looked at Lysander. "We have to get topside yesterday." He then noticed Irah, turning and blinking at her nudity. Another fresh from stasis. He sighed heavily, pinching the bridge of his nose, and shaking his head. "Will someone get her a damn robe or something?"

"Sorry, fresh out of clothes to give away." Lysander explained, tilting his head towards the girl over Luca's shoulder. She was wearing his favorite jacket. "But... I suppose, if you really don't mind me walking around without a shirt, I can give her the one off my back..."

"So...I'm not going on the transport?" Although he still was not certain what a transport was, Harkin was visibly disappointed that he apparently was not going to ride in one. Then he looked from Luca to Irah to Lena then back to Luca. "Um...which 'her'?" Of course both girls were as naked as he.

"If anything you two are the strange ones here wearing those clothes. Obviously nudity bother you more than it does us. Now are you willing to point to the way out? I wish to get my bearing but if you will not help me I will find it myself. I have no interest in whatever it is you are planning on doing to these others." Irah spoke raising her eyebrows and then she turned looking at the structure of the building that she could see. She then began to walk back towards the door she had exited through and decided those stairs, AC-E, would be a good start, no one else seemed to be doing anything other than standing around wasting time. She wanted to find out what had happened to her memories. Also she wanted to know exactly where she was. Other than in a hallway.

At Irah's mention of clothes Lena glanced down at her nude body then to the men. "...if they where gentlemanly they'd offer us their clothes." She snickered be looking around the hall, there weren't many options of areas to go, that she could see at least. Noticing that Irah had went back the way they came she turned to Lysander. "I believe I will be joining her if a direction of where to go is not given soon."

Luca gave an annoyed growl as Irah seemed to be willing to do whatever she damn well pleased. He nodded at Lysander. "Follow her. We have to get topside." he grumbled, adjusting Delilah on his shoulder and then moving towards the stair case. "We go up!" he yelled at Irah, then back at Lena and Harkin. "We find the lobby and go out that way."

"If you insist, lady..." Lysander said, having heard Lena's snickering comment. He grinned a little and untucked his shirt, then reached up and loosened his tie. He groaned and rolled his eyes a bit when Luca ordered him after Irah. "In a minute..." He replied and undid all the buttons of his shirt. He shrugged out of it and smiled as he handed it to the little redhead before him.

"Lobby. Right. ...Where's the Lobby?" Harkin began glancing over the walls and peeking through doorways as though expecting a sign or map to be posted somewhere declaring the Lobby's location. And then it crossed his mind that Luca said "we" in his past three sentences. "...The Lobby should be 'up', right? And then we go into the transport? Er, the one on your shoulder goes in the transport..."

"As long as we can keep moving up, we should eventually find a way out. From everything I can gather we are currently underground, so any stairs should take us up. If you are all going to follow, then it means none of you know the way out or what is going on." Irah spoke turning to give all the others a leveled look. She shrugged and opened the stairwell doors. Lab 218: AC-E Stairwell

Lena looked slightly wide eyed at the man as she took the shirt, she hadn't expected him to actually do it."It's warm.." She muttered as she put the shirt on and buttoned it up. before glancing back at Luca who was clearly the 'gentleman's' boss.
